Business Automation Helper
I’ve interviewed so many business owners in my work. I know a lot about their pain points, their goals, and their needs. So I made a chatbot to help them out a bit.
For my second GPT I wanted to test out a basic idea. I wanted to got further than a bot that educates business owners about business automation possibilities. I wanted to make a bot that suggests ways a business owner can automate their business tasks based on their needs. This chatbot asks users what tasks they’d like to automate, then suggests ways and tools to do it. It’s specifically designed to help freelancers or business owners identify tasks to be automated and then automate them!
The target audience of this bot is business owners who are looking to save time on their every day business tasks. Find the Business Automation Helper bot here.
What I learned
Using Open AI’s bot to build the prompt actually serves as a good first draft of a bot. But building on that prompt and refining it results in a better bot. So maybe prompt engineering evolves into more of a prompt optimizing role, with GPT 4 (or another model), as the first draft.
